Personal data of my clients is processed through the contact form in order to provide my services properly and effectively.
Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes listed below:

Among other things, I process the following data:
- (Business) name and address details
- Contact details (name, e-mail address, telephone number and position).
Website visitors
When you visit this website, I automatically collect certain non-identifiable information. This technical information is used to administer the website and to optimize VeraTraduzioni’s website and services. I process the following data, among others: IP address, data about the date and time you visit my website and pages, the type of browser you use, the website(s) through which you arrived at our website, the pages, and sections of the website you visit (how long and how often and in what order), what information you view and what information you upload or download from the website and the duration of a visit or session.
Storage
I do not retain personal data any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and I adhere to the applicable laws and regulations in this regard.
Your rights
You have the right to access, modify, delete or limit the processing of the data I have collected at any time. You also have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form and to transfer it to another organisation.
Google analytics
Through my website, a cookie is placed by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. I use this service to track and get reports about how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. I have no influence on this. I do allow Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
The information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google states that it adheres to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield programme of the American Department of Commerce. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the blog, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on VeraTraduzioni you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit the homepage, it will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
